Certification is an annual requirement for all APPNA Component Societies, this requirement is met by completing the online application below. In addition to the application, each chapter/alumni must provide proof of at least 25 individuals who are members of the component society AND central APPNA. A copy of your latest Constitution & Bylaws (CABL) must also be submitted.

Addendum

For new chapters, there is a $500 non-refundable application fee.  We will forward you an invoice when the application is received or you may mail your payment to the APPNA central office with “new component society application fee” written in the memo section of the check. Once your completed application and fee are received, your petition to join APPNA as a component society will be presented to the APPNA Council at their next meeting for a vote.
